These terms apply when you use our website or order the AI Tools Assessment. By submitting the assessment form or paying, you agree to them. Questions? Email info@freehoursai.com.
1. What you get
The AI Tools Assessment is a written report based on your questionnaire answers. It covers where your business may be losing time and money, a recommended set of tools matched to your workflow, budget, and skill level, and a step-by-step roadmap. It is an assessment and report only. We do not set up, install, or manage any tools for you. We aim to deliver your report by email within 48 hours of receiving your completed form and payment.
2. Price and payment
The fee is $499 (USD), a flat one-time charge, paid through Stripe. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.
3. Refunds
If you ask for a refund before we have started your report, we will refund you in full. Once we have started work on your report, the fee is non-refundable, except that if we fail to deliver your report we will refund you in full. We may also refund at our discretion.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate and complete answers. The report is only as good as the information you provide.
- Do not include health or patient information, your clients’ personal or financial records, passwords, or anything you are not allowed to share. See our Privacy Policy.
- Give us an email address that only you can access, since your report is delivered there.
5. What the report is, and what it is not
Our report is general business information and our opinion about tools that may suit you. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and it is not a guarantee of any result. We do not promise a specific number of hours saved, dollars earned, or any other outcome. Your results depend on what you decide to do and how well you carry it out.
The tools we recommend are made by other companies. We do not control them, and their features, prices, availability, and terms change. Check each tool’s current details, terms, and privacy practices before you buy or rely on it, and decide for yourself whether it is right for you, including whether it is suitable for your industry’s rules.
We use AI tools, along with our own review, to prepare reports.
6. Your report and our content
We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use your report for your own business. Please do not resell it, publish it, or share it publicly. You may share it with your own team and advisors. We keep ownership of our website, our methods, our templates, and our branding.
7. Privacy
We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. No warranties
To the fullest extent the law allows, the website and the report are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy.
9. Limit on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Free Hours AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the website or the report. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the assessment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
If you have a problem, please email us at info@freehoursai.com first and we’ll do our best to sort it out. These terms are governed by California law, and any legal claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
11. Changes and contact
