This policy explains what information Free Hours AI (“we,” “us”) collects when you visit our website or order the AI Tools Assessment, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email info@freehoursai.com.
1. Information we collect
- What you submit. Your name and email, plus the answers on our assessment form: business name, industry, team size, approximate revenue range, tools you use, pain points, goals, budget, and anything you type in open text boxes.
- Payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of payment and basic details such as your name, email, and amount.
- Automatic data. Our website and hosting provider may record technical data such as your IP address, browser, device, and pages visited, to keep the site running and secure. Our site may use cookies needed for it to work, and embedded tools like our Tally form may set their own. You can block cookies in your browser settings. We do not use advertising trackers.
2. Please don’t send sensitive or client information
The assessment is about how your business runs, so we do not need your clients’ or patients’ details. Please do not include health or patient information (including anything covered by HIPAA), your clients’ personal or financial records, Social Security or bank numbers, passwords, or anything covered by a confidentiality agreement or privilege. We are not set up to protect that kind of information. If you send it by accident, email us and we will delete it.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to prepare and deliver your report, process payment, answer your questions, send service messages (receipts, report delivery, follow-ups), send marketing emails if you opted in (with an unsubscribe link in each), keep the site secure, improve our services, and meet legal and tax requirements. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

We use AI tools, including Claude from Anthropic, together with our own review, to prepare your report. This means your form answers are processed by an AI service. We have opted out of having our inputs used to train AI models.
These providers follow their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect our rights or safety, to our professional advisors, or in a sale or transfer of the business.
5. How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep your information for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver your report, answer follow-up questions, keep business records, and meet legal and tax requirements. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing info@freehoursai.com. We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and reputable providers, but no system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
Email info@freehoursai.com to ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, or to stop marketing emails (you can also click “unsubscribe”). We will respond within 45 days and may ask you to confirm your identity. We may keep records we are legally required to keep. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
California residents: you have the right to know what personal information we collect and disclose, to request deletion and correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals, and we do not track you across other sites.
7. Updates and contact
